By Palmetto Coating Group

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

Weather conditions that affect installation quality
Safety concerns
Unforeseen circumstances or emergencies
Customer breach of agreement terms

If we cancel, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

Our premium floor coating services include a lifetime warranty as detailed in your service agreement. This warranty:

Clean & Tidy Package

Our Clean & Tidy Package includes a satisfaction guarantee:

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure utilities (power, water) are accessible
Secure pets during service

Safety

You agree to:

Allow materials to cure as instructed before using the garage
Report any concerns or issues immediately

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding:

Property address and access details
Garage condition and history
Any existing damage or repairs
